Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) on the legal basis of overriding legitimate interest (analysis of website use). We have concluded an agreement with Google on commissioned data processing for this purpose.

When our website is accessed, a connection is established with Google servers via software and data is submitted to Google servers partly situated in the USA. Google Analytics also uses cookies to store information about the website user and to analyse use of the website by website users.

This website uses the feature “enabling of IP anonymisation”. As a result, your IP address will first be shortened by Google in member countries of the European Union or in other States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases.

According to the statements of Google, Google will use the data collected to analyse use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to render other services associated with website and Internet use.

Google may also transfer this information to third parties provided that it is prescribed by law or insofar as third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

Detailed information about the handling of user data at Google Analytics can be found in the Data Protection Declaration of Google or Google Analytics.

T3 MAIL

This website uses T3 MAIL to send newsletters. The provider is BlueChip Software GmbH, Hochtennstrasse 30, 5700 Zell am See, Austria.

T3 MAIL is a service that can be used to organise and analyse the dispatch of newsletters, among other things. The data entered by you for the purposes of subscribing to the newsletter (particularly name, e-mail address and IP address) is stored on the servers of EDIS GmbH in Austria.

Data analysis using T3 MAIL

T3 MAIL allows us to analyse our newsletter campaigns. For analysis purposes, e-mails sent using T3 MAIL contain what is known as a tracking pixel that connects to the servers of T3 MAIL when the e-mail is opened. This allows us to determine whether a newsletter e-mail has been opened or not.

T3 MAIL also helps us to identify whether and which links were clicked on in the newsletter e-mail. All links in the e-mail are so-called tracking links that allow your clicks to be counted.

Should you object to this analysis using T3 MAIL, you will need to unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide you with the corresponding link to do this in every newsletter e-mail.

Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6 Paragraph 1 a of the General Data Protection Regulation – DSGVO). You may revoke this consent at any time. The lawfulness of previously concluded data processing operations shall remain unaffected by this revocation.

Storage period

The data generated by you for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter is stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted from the server following cancellation of the newsletter. Data that is stored by us for other purposes (e.g. in the customer base) remains hereby unaffected.

OpenStreetMap

We use geo-data display provided by open-source map service provider 'OpenStreetMaps' (also known as 'OSM'), operated by the company OpenStreetMap Foundation, 132 Maney Hill Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1JU, United Kingdom. OSM is also used to provide an interactive map on our website, which shoes you how to find us and access us. This service makes it possible for us to display our website appropriately, with map material being loaded to an external serve. For display, the following data will be transferred to the OSM server: those of our Internet pages that you have visited and the IP address of your end device. The legal basis for processing your details is based on the 'OSM' data, found in Art. 6 Para. 1 sentence 1, letter f) GDPR (legitimate interests for data processing). Legitimate interests are a result of our need to provide a relevant representation of our online offer and to ensure it is easy to find information on our homepage at the places listed.

More information on how user data is processed can be found at the OSM data protection statement at: wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy
