We will happily pick you up from the S-Bahn in Heselbach. Please let us know at least one day in advance what time you wish to be picked up.

• Your rooms and “Schneider’s Hofbad“ are available from 14:00 on your day of arrival
• On your day of departure, we ask you to vacate your rooms by 10:30.
   If arranged with hotel reception, you are welcome to use Schneider’s Hofbad on your day of departure for an additional supplement of €15 per person.

We provide a bathrobe in your room for the duration of your stay (slippers can be provided if requested 3 Euro).

Please arrange your desired appointment with wellness reception (telephone 400). Appointments for beauty treatments and massages can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellation any later than this may incur a 75% cancellation fee if we cannot rebook the appointment with someone else.

Our bathrobe bistro “Panoramagarten” in the wellness area is open from 12:00 to 17:00.

Our bikes (E-bikes 20 Euro and mountain bikes 30 Euro per day) are available for.. E-mountain bikes are also available for a supplement.

A charging station for electric cars with 21 KW power is at your disposal. You can get the current price at the reception.

All rooms have flatscreen TV with Sky.

Our fitness room is on the same level as the wellness reception and is equipped with modern cardio equipment.

Our hairdresser is available from Thursday to Saturday in the hotel. You can make appointments on these days directly with the hairdresser’s salon (telephone 113) or through wellness reception.

On completion of your registration card you will be given a KONUS guest card free of charge, giving you free use of the local transport system in the Black Forest region as well as discounts at various attractions.

On your breakfast table in the morning you will find our own “Heselbacher Hof” newspaper, telling you all about what’s on during the day.

We want to make your stay with us in our wellness hotel as pleasant as possible and to fulfil all of your wishes. We have therefore decided that the Heselbacher Hof is a pet-free hotel.

This helps us cater to the needs of those with allergies to animal hair, and to achieve the highest standards of hygiene. In addition, it means a stress-free holiday for all those who, for example, are afraid of dogs.

The hotel bar in the Rösbergstube invites you to round off your evening in a cosy, social atmosphere after dining.

To enable you enjoy especially sweet dreams whilst on holiday at the Heselbacher Hof, you can choose your own special high quality pillow containing, for example, spelt and lavender. Good sleep is always the best form of recuperation.

There is a rental charge per pillow per day of €5. For more information, please contact reception (telephone 399).

The local Baiersbronn tourist taxes are charged at €3.00 per person per day.

The Heselbacher Hof shop is open from 10:00 to 18:00. It sells a lovely variety of holiday souvenirs, decorative ideas, daily papers and magazines.

In the interest of all guests, smoking is not permitted in any room or anywhere in the hotel. If this is not observed, we reserve the right to charge additional costs for the increased cleaning involved. We ask for your understanding.

Smoking is permitted on the hotel terrace.

Parking is available right next to the hotel. Single garages can be rented for a charge of €10.

On arrival, our reception team will show you your table in the restaurant which is reserved for you for breakfast and evening meals for the duration of your stay.

On Mondays we have our “Landlord’s Sunday”. The restaurant is closed from after breakfast until 18:00.

Our spacious wellness area with its indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool, naked natural bathing pool and hot jet pool invite you to come and rest and relax.

Wellness area opening times

There are various saunas available to you in our sauna area for relaxing and sweating it out.

Please understand that children under 16 are not allowed in the sauna area (for child protection reasons). This area is solely for adults.

Please consider guests who are seeking tranquility, and refrain from holding any loud conversations in the quiet areas. Please do not use mobile telephones or laptops here. Photographing and filming is not allowed in the swimming pool and sauna areas to respect the privacy of our guests.

If you would like to continue to use the wellness area on the day of your departure, this is possible if arranged with hotel reception. A supplement of €15 per person applies.

There is an Internet terminal available for hotel guests to use free of charge and all guest rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi. Simply login to the “Heselbacher Hof Gäste” network with one click on your mobile device.
