- 4x 45 min instruction sessions in yoga, Pilates, meditation, and relaxation
- 1 therapeutic trigger point sports massage, especially effective at stimulating muscle groups. Plant extracts increase the resistance capabilities of the skin and muscles, and support fascial tension.
